Where do you ship from?
From a magical place in Scotland in the UK. All our items are ready to ship and be used as soon as you receive them.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping cost will depend on weight which will be calculated at checkout, and also your location. We have spent time doing it this way to keep shipping costs as low as possible for everyone.
Shipping times vary on location:
UK: 2-4 working days
EU: 3-7 working days
USA: 5-12 working days
Australia: 5-12 working days
Other countries: 10-15 working days
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel has been sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Exchanges, Credit Notes and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We can offer you an exchange, credit note, or refund if your item/s is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your item to get in touch with us to organise your exchange, credit note or refund.
You then have a further 14 calendar days to get your item/s back to us. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the safe delivery back to our premises, so we recommend sending it tracked/with signature. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping costs.
Once the item has been satisfactorily inspected by our team, you will be notified to continue with your exchange or credit note, or in the case of a refund you'll be notified it has been processed. Please note you will only be refunded for the cost of the item/s, and not the original shipping, or return shipping.
We take the utmost care in packaging our items for safe travel and choosing shipping companies with high reputations for care of items, if however your item has been mishandled during delivery and arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as the item arrives so we can organise a replacement for you.
